Based in Northern Illinois, Clearbrook was founded in 1955 and has since evolved into a recognized
leader in the field of developmental disabilities. Today, Clearbrook creates innovative opportunities
for approximately 3,000 children and adults with autism, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy and mental
retardation - as well as their families. Clearbrook provides personalized children’s, day training,
employment, residential and clinical services at more than 40 locations throughout the Chicagoland-
area. In addition, Clearbrook is the largest provider of in-home services in the state of Illinois.
Clearbrook employs more than 600 people and proudly reports that 85 percent of every dollar

Cystic Fibrosis Foundation
The mission of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, a nonprofit donor-supported organization, is to
assure the development of the means to cure and control cystic fibrosis and to improve the quality
of life for those with the disease.
The Foundation is the leading organization in the United States devoted to cystic fibrosis. It funds
and accredits more than 115 CF care centers, 95 adult care programs and 50 affiliate programs, and
